Workshops and Projects
How Can I Stay? Setting up freedoms at B-side festivalA day-long residency for creatives organized by Visual Arts South West in September 2024.
Through a series of workshops, socials, and a drop in residency space, creatives were invited to explore ways of using temporal space/time to make connections, ideas, art, and new forms of liberation. Co-curated with Alix Emery, B-Side and Visual Arts South West. Read more about the event here |
Creative Roaming WalksCreative Roaming walks for Exeter Phoenix's Social[practice] program.
Exploring ideas of boundaries, observation and roaming both in a creative sense and in the landscape, we shared discussions about our creative practices as a form of slow networking, connection building, and practice development. Each walk took us to a different location in Exeter or the surrounding area, and introduced us to different environments - both natural and urban, familiar and hidden. We chatted, shared snacks, made impromptu and temporary artworks, met new people and enjoyed time spent outside thinking about art. |
