A Future Geological Survey (2022), monoprint and collage.

Exploring concepts of deep time and the anthropocene, these collages explore the possibilities of the future strata and fossil records that have been altered by human impact. The prints are made from climbing holds, an object used to mimic the natural textures and feel of rock, but are made from resins which will take vast periods of time to degrade, and will ultimately end up becoming part of the strata itself.
